1/4 Cup Hot Sauce of your choice (I used Bulls Original)
2 Tbsp Butter
1/4 Tsp Bleu Jay's All Purpose Gourmet Seasoning
10-15 Wings
1 cup of Oil for Frying or Deep Fry (use more oil)
1.) On medium to high heat, heat up oil. The temperature should be at 365
2.) Once oil is up to temp, place in the fryer for 15-20 minutes. It depends on how crispy you desire your wings. If you're not using a fryer, fry the wings on each side for 7-8 minutes.
3.) While the wings are cooking, place hot sauce, butter, and seasoning in a small pot on medium heat. If you enjoy a more spicy taste to your wings, add 1 tsp of Cayenne Pepper to the sauce. Once the butter has melted, take off of the heat and set aside.
4.) Once the wings are done, add the wings to the sauce.
5.) Place your wings on a small plate. Using a spoon, add a little more sauce on your wings for the extra flavor.
6.) Enjoy with your favorite condiment!
